The warranty period is 24 months.

In the event that the goods are purchased on an invoice - ID number, or for the purpose of resale, it is considered that a business relationship has been agreed with reference to the Commercial Act and a warranty period of 6 months is provided here.

Warranty claim process


Purchasers-consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days


Return policy

1. The buyer can file a complaint:
a) only from the seller where the goods were purchased.
2. The buyer can claim the defect of the goods:
a) in writing by sending it to the address of the seller's premises
b) in person at the seller's premises Complaints cannot be made by email.
3. Defects of the goods can be claimed no later than the expiration of the warranty period.
4. The buyer is obliged to submit:
a) the claimed goods together with complete accessories,
b) a copy of the tax document,
c) warranty or delivery note,
d) message for service technicians (what is the defect manifested and what is the reason for the complaint)
e) contact details (name and surname, address, telephone contact)
f) a sheet for marking warranty inspections.
5. Complaints must be settled no later than 30 days from the date of its delivery, or from the date of delivery of the claimed goods.


The complaint does not apply to:

wear and tear caused by its normal use

in the case of items sold at a lower price, the warranty does not apply to defects for which a lower price has been agreed

in case of violation of the original packaging damage to the product

due to a fall or incorrect use of the product contrary to the instructions damage to the product by natural elements

In the above cases, the repair will be carried out at the expense of the buyer with his consent.


Spare parts sold in the e-shop are sold as consumables and their service life is a maximum of 6 months, depending on the conditions of use. They must be mounted on the vehicle type and only by a qualified mechanic, unless this is the case when the warranty expires.

We recommend having the motor machines delivered in boxes assembled and adjusted by a professional service. Defects caused by improper installation are not covered by the warranty.

False warranty claim

If the seller finds (by testing) that the claimed product is not defective or does not meet the manufacturer's criteria for warranty claims, the claim is considered unjustified and the claimed product will be returned to the buyer.

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the seller and the purchaser from the agreement which cannot be settled by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for an out-­‐of-­‐court settlement of such a dispute to a designated extrajudicial dispute resolution body, which is
