The place of delivery of goods is the address given by the buyer in the order (unless stated otherwise in the note). Shipments are delivered by a contracted carrier, or by our delivery, or they can be picked up in person.

In case of personal collection, it is necessary to pick up the goods within 7 days of making the order or reservation.

All goods that we have in stock are shipped within a maximum of 7 working days after confirmation of the order, or when choosing payment by bank transfer, after receiving payment to our account. Goods that are not in stock are shipped after stocking, with a longer delivery time, we will inform you by email.

All possible and available variants of goods are listed in the e-shop, it is not possible to buy variants of goods that are not available in the e-shop.

Each delivery of goods is accompanied by a tax document which also serves as a warranty card.

Please note that the goods are shipped directly from stock and therefore personal collection is possible only after a previous telephone or online order. The goods ordered by you will be prepared according to the order and prepared for your personal collection on the agreed day.

In the event of any discrepancies between the Czech and English versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
